Telefonica and Amdocs partner for digital transformation in Argentina and Chile

Amdocs has expanded its strategic partnership with Telefonica to advance the operator’s digital transformation initiatives in Argentina and Chile.
Under the multi-year agreement, Amdocs will provide an expanded portfolio of support services designed to accelerate Telefonica’s digitalisation and modernisation journey.
Telefonica Argentina’s fully modernised multi-play platform supports over 25 million customers of mobile, pre- and post-paid, broadband, fixed line, TV and OTT services. Telefonica Chile is aiming to provide its B2C and B2B customers with OTT and wireline services (FTTx/DTH/FWT/LTE) by 2020.
